CarboGale was established to develop, manufacture and sell carbon-composite products in 2012. Decades of experience in sailing tours on the seas of the world and boat building inspired us to manufacture self-developed carbon devices. Our team is motivated by the curiosity of passionate explorers so we manufacture products whose use provides the owners with an extraordinary experience. 

Following the market analysis, we determined which innovations and improvements are needed to increase usability and enhance the level of safety.

After careful engineering, our Gangway has a unique solution and appearance in the market.

A long planning process preceded the production. This meant countless hours of engineering, purchasing machinery and equipment, and making and testing the samples and moulds needed for production.

The focus of the design was 

- to have a modern, unique shape that reflects the trends in the yachting industry today.

- maximum usability, new components, unity of function and form.

- consequently, comfort and safety features should be of a higher standard than comparable products of other manufacturers.

 

We use CAD and rendering software that meets today's modern requirements. We have our own CNC milling machines, CNC lathes and 3D printers for the manufacturing of tools and parts.

 

We believe that our products can always be improved, so we continue to develop our products after they are brought to market and go on to explore new materials and technologies that can make them lightweight and durable.
