Refund policy
Our refund policy is in line with the laws and regulations of European Union:
According to the 2011/83/EU Directive, the consumer shall have a period of 14 days to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract, without giving any reason, and without incurring any costs other than supplementary costs and other costs according to article 14 of the 2011/83/EU Directive.
Custom order
If customer order a personalised product, meaning that he/she chooses the color, the walkingsurface etc. of the product and we make it according to the customer’s need, these 14 days shall not apply, according to section c) article 16 of the 2011/83/EU Directive, that stated that the right of withdrawal shall not apply regards the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or if the product is clearly personalised.
Guarantee
We provide a two year guarantee in line with Directive (EU) 2019/771 the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 2019. The customer can claim repair and replacement of the product within two years or price reduction or reimbursement, but price reduction or reimbursement shall be applied only with certain exemptions, for example if repair or replacement is not possible. In the case of repair or replacement we shall act within a reasonable timeframe.
